CondoGo - Discounted Real Estate Commissions with Full Service Marketing
The CondoGo.com discounted commission rates are 4.99% on the first $100,000 and 1.99% or the remainder, which calculates a savings from 27% (approximately $2,600 off) to 43% (approximately $40,000 off) off the standard IanWatt.ca commission. However, unlike many other discounted real estate services, IanWatt's CondoGo.com will not discount what the buyer’s realtor is being paid. CondoGo.com will still offer 3.125% on the first $100,000 and 1.1625% on the remainder which is the standard commission offered by Ian Watt at Ianwatt.ca.
